See through a different lens!
Through my prints and photo books, I invite you to bring bits of my stories into your life and home. New prints are released regularly, so check back often. If you sign up for updates, you will get notified about new prints or books, sales, and shows.
Photography, like most things is always evolving yet sticking to the basic fundamentals. As an artist, I am always looking to learn new techniques in camera as well as post.
MACRO- I love taking an everyday object and focusing on the little details for macro images which can be turned into printed art around your home. Tamron 90mm macro
FAMILY PORTRAITS- What I choose to offer my families are memories that will last a lifetime. Not “oh my, getting that family portrait was so stressful we never did it again.” Instead let’s think about a fun activity that you like to do as a family unit. Is it baking cookies? Decorating for a holiday? Going on a hike? A trip to the zoo? Maybe it’s having a family game night and or just playing in the backyard. You don’t need to dress like who you want people to think you are but be comfortable in your environment.
EVENTS- Capturing the true feeling of the guests and hosts at events is my strength. Of course we can get a few portraits, but if you’d like to utilize my strengths give me a few VIP’s to follow around and I’ll make the magic happen From there.
I've loved taking pictures since I took my first photography class in high school. When I was little my mom took a photography course at the local
community college and my favorite image is of me and my Raggedy Anne doll In black and white. the images of my cousin taken in her prom dress with no head or no feet, or just the middle
of the dress haphazardly drove my passion for the details. I’m sure my grandmother was ahead of the times just didn’t execute her vision to my liking. My goal has been and always will be capturing those moments between mother and child that I wish someone was capturing of me. It’s not always this way, but moms typically are the ones making sure the moments are captured and therefore end up on the other side of a forced selfie. I strive to get both parents in the moments with their children (human and fur) and make sure that you have the keepsakes to show your children when they are much older and denning of them that “you used to be fun”.
